Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure time for check-in.
Once everyone is boarded, our friendly crew will provide a safety briefing before setting off on your adventure.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the company of your guests. Bring your own food and beverages and soak in the views.
After your scheduled cruise, you will return to dock, where you can disembark and continue your day.
To ensure availability for other guests, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cruise departure. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or passengers who arrive after the departure time. Weather conditions will be determined by your captain. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you. If the cruise is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded or rescheduled. However, cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled for a future date.
